In the packaging industry, there are three components that lead to successful design; creativity, experience and technology.

Trevor Allen, principal designer at Durham Box, draws on over 20 years experience of packaging design and is well equipped to cope with even the most challenging of design requests. Supported by sophisticated CAD software that is electronically linked to an automated cutting table, the design team reacts quickly, converting a concept into a working prototype with minimal effort.

Utilising the latest graphic software, and a 2 metre wide laser printer, Durham Box is also able to offer its customers printed mock-ups so you can see what the final product will look like.

Our Design Process

Our new customer makes an enquiry and together we establish the full brief - that is, what the customer wants and needs - and acquire all of the necessary information needed to begin the design process.

The design team would begin the design process and once complete would provide a sample of the proposed solution.

On approval of sample and confirmation of the order the job goes into production in time for the scheduled delivery.
