With years of experience in the design industry which is backed up by technical manufacturing knowledge, our team welcome a challenge! When testing a new product or market our prototyping service can help to test the packaging or Display products with consumers or internally.

We can develop prototype samples to test design, functionality and acceptance prior to full production. We also offer printed prototypes which can also include special finishes so that the prototypes can be used to test acceptance of a concept.

From simple one colour text to four colour tone work, we liaise directly with our customers throughout the reprographic process. From the initial concept to the approval of the finished packaging design, we ensure a quick turnaround of even the most complex of proposals, making sure your vision is faithfully reproduced on your finished packaging.

Our Graphic Design team liaise with our ink supplier on colour management and specialist finishes, such as metallic inks and varnishes, consulting our print plate provider through the design process ensuring the finished design can be fully replicated in our manufacturing process.

FSDU design considerations
